Pursuant to the operationalization of the Regional Learning Continuity Operational Pian which is anchored on the Basic Education-Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP), the Department of Education MIMAROPA Region adopts Modular Distance Learning Modality (MDLM) as its learning delivery modality for School Year 2020-2021 2. Relative to this leaming delivery modality implementation, this Office, through the Curriculum and Learning Management Division (CLMD), initiates Project KUMUSTAHAN SA PAARALAN as a Monitoring and Evaluation of MOLM implementation which acknowledges the goal of sustaining the delivery of quality, accessible, relevant and liberating basic education for all school-aged children amidst Covid-19 emergency. 3. Specifically, Project KUMUSTAHAN SA PAARALAN aims to gather valuable information on the implementation of Modular Distance Learning Modality such as: * problemsichallenges encountered by the teachers in implementing the MDLM; * difficulties met by the learners and parents in the implementation of MDLM; * intervention applied by the teachers to help learners cope with lessons using the module; * share practices in the execution of MDLM in their respective schools and ‘$DOs. 4. Annexes 1 and 2 provide the M & E tool to be used by the monitors from the Schools Division Offices (SDOs) and a template for consolidation, respectively.
