FORMAL OFFER OF EVIDENCE

Comes now, accused OLIVER AMURAO y TERCERO,

through the undersigned counsel, unto the Honorable Court,
most respectfully offers in evidence:

EXHIBIT “2”, the Sinumpaang Salaysay ni Maria Teresa

A. Mendoza dated05 October 2017 and it sub-marking
EXHIBIT “1-A”, the signature of affiant appearing on the
second page thereof.

The aforesaid Exhibit with its sub-marking is offered in

evidence to disprove and deny the material allegations stated
in the information for violation of section 11Article II of R.A.
No. 9165 under CR No. 13-01-6402.

The said exhibit is likewise offered to corroborate the

testimony of the accused in material points, particularly: to
deny that the accused has ownership and true possession of
specimen subject of this case; to deny the allegation that the
said specimen was found in the house and possession of the
accused; to prove that the accused is victim of improper and
illegal search and seizure; and to prove other matters material
and relevant to accused’ defense.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is earnestly

prayed with the Honorable Court that the aforementioned
exhibit and its sub-markings formally offered hereof be
ADMITTED and with the submission and admission thereof,
the defense respectfully rests its case.
Other reliefs just and equitable under the circumstances
are likewise prayed for.
