TYPE OF RESERVATION

or until check-out time the following day, whichever occurs first.
Some of types of guaranteed reservations are:

therefor charge the room against the client’s credit card even if the guest is a
no-show.

agreements(kí hợp đồng) with hotels to guarantee their bookings.
Corporate: In a corporate guarantee, the corporation or bussiness agrees to
accept financial responsibility(trách nhiệm tài chính) for any no-show.
This agreement is normally based on a contract between the hotel and the
business.
2. Non-guaranteed reservations(NGR)
The hotel usually agrees to hold a room for the guest until a started cut off
time(thời điểm ấn định trước). If the guest doesn’t arrive by that time, the hotel
may release the reservation and sell the room. The cut off time is usually 6p.m and
this is frequently reffered to as the ”6p.m release”(giải phóng/hủy lúc 6h chiều).
