Introduction:
Urban destination attach peoples with each other by their culture their values and their religion.

Here we going to talk about the uncommon destination and how can we makea uncommon place
to urban destination.

Sakesar Valley is in Pothohar, Pakistan, it is the highest mountain in the Salt Range. It is in the
north west of the Khushub District, Punjab, Pakistna. It is one of the uncommon urban
destination places in Pakistan. Many people don’t know about this place when they are traveling.
It is called soon valley; people have forgotten about this place in Pakistan. From past many years
people come to Pakistan to visit and see different places over there. The urban growth in
Pakistan and the nature of its beauty has given the country natural increase in the population.
Sakesar Valley is not very common to the travelers, it does not have must population over there
and even the marketing development is very low.

Background:
Sakesar Valley is one of the uncommon urban area in Punjab, Pakistan, people need to know
about this place more. It is one of the most ever green and beautiful places in Pakistan. It is
located between the hills and it is very peaceful. This place can be call as the nature of beauty,
the temperature of this place very pleasant in summer and it is extreme cold in the winters.
There are many opportunities for the communities to explore and each one of this has its own
character. People over there have their own cultures and festivals to celebrate. Everyone has their
own freedom to do whatever their cultural believes are, they have a great partnership in the
activities of land and water and having the best attractions with the nature.

They are focusing on the betterment of the Valley, where people can a safe and a comfortable
place to live and ensuring that the residents support the tourism. In coming days, they will have a
high-value growth, which is going to be well supported and with the large capacity of
accommodation and good transportation services for the people. The growth of the Sakesar
Valley is valuable and its going to be recognized by the support of the government.

Sakesar Valley is extended from a village of Padhar to Sakesar. It is one the largest salt range,
the series of the hills is in low mountains that is between the valleys of the indus. It is a beautiful
ever green valley, people who live there believes that its going to have more development and
much more benefits. The process in which people are becoming permanent residents are
concerned with the development. It has seen that now a days it has been raining for from last two
days and people are suffering from illness over there. They are also working on the environment
of this place, so that people can visit it more. The roads of the Sakesar Valley get filled up with
water, because it is in between the hills and mountains. But the condition of the Sakesar Valley
changes time to time, in this urban area there many people who are becoming permanent
residents more there, they are looking for the housing schemes and for all the supplies they can
get for their living. The development of the valley is still in the process, they are working to get
more space for the people, improving their transportation and the economic sources.

The Soon valley is situated in the north west of khushab district and it’s the highest peak in salt
range and the valley is 35 miles long, soon valley stands with their unique beauty of mountain
and it’s the only mountain which has the snow fall mountain in winter with their surrounding the
total area of district is 780km with lakes, jungle natural pools, waterfalls and ponds.

The Soon Valley comes in the district of Noshera in this district the tribal solidarity is becoming
weak because with developing more industries and lack of development programs the people of
district migrate towards big cities even move to foreign countries,

Due to growth of industrialization the negative impact comes on this ancient tribe and society.

This region still follows the Islamic culture this region of people still believes in arranged
marriage regarding Islamic traditions and the ceremony held in mosque.

Objectives:
1. Create 15 % of job opportunities by the end of October 2020
2. Increasing in the sale by 40% in the period of 3 years to make the quality of service better.
3. Increasing the number of tourist 30% by the end of NOV 2020.

visit for the tourist as other beautiful valley situated in Pakistan where many visitors visit on
those places, there is link between salt range and Eco tourism and these both themes are
important for the tourism purpose their life style get to know about the local peoples culture and
faced a new kind of experience with the new destination place so the International tourist are
better to know about the destination while Soon valley also have many archeological remains in
that.

For now the soon valley has lack of proper path way to get through from that but it has there
natural heritage and historical places .
Development plan:

Introduction:
On the starting of point with the new development the major flaw was there infrastructure the
priority how the people would come to destination if there is not any personal transportation
available for the Tourist so first step is to be providing a Jeep to pick the people from certain
point and will charge 100 PKR per person.

Government should inspect their transportation and also with the concern for the security
purpose they should have number of registered drivers who will pick the Tourist from certain
point and would leave on the destination.

Meanwhile the Government should create a separate and solid pathway that would go the
destination directly.

Growth:
With some productive things the local community needs to be aware how important is to be
conserve the natural resources when changing in the climate and keep the destination from any
kind of risk that can hard the destination.
The involvement of public organizations play a vital in growth because of independent
entrepreneurships become poor for mountain regions.so the public sectors involvement is
necessary for the social and economic life and need to be formulating a proper strategy.

In this stage there no improvement in the development so we considered their alternatives to
prevent from the further decline. if there will be no business in the destination if the number to

like having a Mall, theme park ,special kind od discounts these are the things can be considered.

Decline:
In the period of decline we have to create some events in order to attract more peoples to the
soon valley and increase the number of visitors by 25%

The local people of Soon valley is love to see and play Polo by creating an event Nationally
where from Pakistan or international can come or participate in that event would be more
profitable because while the event goes there would be need of restaurants and hotels for the
people to stay we could create more revenue from that sectors also in that way we can able to
survive in this decline period.

those developing sectors will invest again in more developing plan for the growth of country
economy.
