can be spread from one food product to another. Cross
contamination is one of the easiest ways to get sick
from eating food.
When Dave cooks dinner for the chipmunks,
he is especially careful when handling raw
meat, poultry, eggs, and seafood. These
foods and their juices need to be kept
separate from ready-to-eat foods, like
chips and vegetables.
