POINTS TO REMEMBER

On Google Meet Session / Lecture:

 Wear appropriate clothing.


 Make sure to be on time. Google meet attendance checker will be turned on in a limited time
only (optional).
 Make sure to “Mute” your audio icon. Your instructor will be asking someone to unmute their
audio if clarification/question is raised in the chat box.
 Do not chat with your classmates while the lecture is on-going. You are encouraged to chat
“Noted” or “Understood” so that your instructor can have an idea that you are still with him.
 You are encouraged to share insights related to the topics delivered.
 Follow the netiquette guidelines as presented by the OSA webinar.

On the GC: (if applicable)

 No personal/private chats in the GC.


 Only subject related chats are allowed in the GC.
 No need to say Noted/Okay Sir/Done etc. in the posts by the instructor. “Like” reactions on
the posts is already considered that you already read the posts. This way, others do not need
to back read on the posts. If post made is not clear, you may then ask question.
 No playing games.

On Projects/Performance Tasks:

 This will be part of the 50% of your grade.


 Make sure to always ask for clarification in every tasks/projects that will be given.
 Make sure to always ask for the rubric. This will give you a clear guide on how will you be
graded. Don’t be hesitant to ask questions for clarification and suggest ways on how you can
get the most benefit in the rating process.
 Submit your projects/tasks on or before the deadline. Your instructor does not have the luxury
of time to extend deadlines. If you have a big problem in sending your projects/tasks virtually
(thru online), make sure to inform your instructor ahead of time. Be a responsible learner.

On Quizzes and/or other equivalent requirements:

 This will be part of the 20% of your grade.


 Your quizzes or other equivalent requirements will either be based on the activity embedded
in the worksheets or will be made by your instructor through Google Form.
 Be wary/attentive on the quizzes or other equivalent requirements given to you. Be a
responsible, diligent and honest learner.
 If quiz or other equivalent requirement requires for a written/encoded output, save your work
in pdf files if not, you may directly send it using the word file. But if difficult, you may just
write it in paper/bond paper and have it captured using your camera and send it to the Google
classroom.
 Follow instructions strictly. Not following instructions will forfeit your score.

On Term Examinations:

 This constitutes 30% of your grade.


 Another LMS/App will be used only for this purpose and will be announced on a later date.
