For my startup, my educational consulting Venture, sometimes when we receive an unexpected request,

we cannot ensure whether our teachers are available as they are either attending scheduled requests or
doing their own jobs. For that reason, we cannot attend all unexpected requests, specially for high-level
courses. A solution, for college students, is to request their course syllabus so we can coordinate with
our teacher the topics they know and are able to attend in the future if we have another unexpected
request. By requesting their study plan, we are able to determine which teachers are the most capable
and are available for the upcoming dates.

For the family company I work for, we receive data from our customers in order to develop managerial
reports. Sometimes the data is messy or once we have finished the first draft, we receive an updated
dataset, so we have to modify our report and proposals. An idea to improve the whole process is by
developing a data presentation schematic that we will give to our customers so they can apply it, which
will generate a better dataset for us to elaborate the managerial reports.
