 Use past perfect and third conditional. Of course, you may need to use other grammatical tenses, feel free to
include them.
 Use the following points as a guide. The report must contain at least 4 paragraphs and the glossary will be in
the second page.
Report title: Management of Business Human Talent
Name of the company: Real Estate Agency KR
1. Problematic situation:
Real Estate KR is a company responsible for facilitating leases, purchase and sale of real estate. For
each area to obtain an additional incentive or commission as a result, they meet a group monthly
goal.
Within the real estate we had noticed some frictions among the workers of the same team
depending on the sales for lack of participation of one of the workers.
To improve the situation we wondered what would have happened if we had implemented certain
measures in time.
 Increase corporate values from the outset and clearly, and let each worker be clear about
their role in facilitating the goals that each team or department must reach.
 Encourage teamwork, while leaving aside that each member must perform their functions as
best they can by making use of their skills and interests.
 Achieve expected behavior patterns that increase the productivity of all teams.

2. What would you had done to solve the situation:


 If we had rewarded employees individually, we would have achieved better results.
 If we had monitored among the workers, we would have avoided the conflict.
 If we had given talks to increase corporate values, we would have improved the working
environment.
 They would have felt more empathy if they had implemented standards of behavior.

3. Recommendations:
I would have recommended to improve the working environment to organize trainings for each
team or department, so that all members have the same approach. Also evaluate the possibility of
rewarding individual achievement of goals by preventing some from working more than others.

4. Conclusions:
Correctly resolving work problems and conflicts at work is a priority for human resources to maintain
a good work environment, but everyone who makes up the company from the toilet to the manager
must commit to a sense of belonging as a good working environment is the key for a company to
increase its productivity and have efficient, loyal and happy workers.

Real estate: is the land along with any permanent improvements attached to the land, whether
natural or man-made including water, trees, minerals, buildings, fences and bridges.

Corporate values: are the set of guiding beliefs upon which a business based, help people function
together as one and shape the way employees should behave.

Teamwork: is when many people work together, they work together to reach a goal.

Skills: is the learned ability to perform an action determined results with a good execution often
within a given amount of time, energy, or both.

Behavior: is the way a person acts or reacts, refers to conduct.

Working environment: refers to the psychological aspects of how your work is organized and your
wellbeing at work.

Human resources: is a department where work people responsible for managing the employee life
and administering employee benefits.

Empathy: is the capacity to understand or feel what another person might be thinking or feeling.

Conflict: is a struggle or an opposition, can arise from opposing ideas.

Goals: is an idea of the future or desired result that a person or a group of people envision, plan and
commit to achieve.
