I am honored to have this opportunity to recommend Travis Hadaway as a potential employee. I believe
that he will be an asset to any company or school that he works for.

I first met Travis when he was a Junior in high school. He played on the River Ridge High School Varsity
baseball team. As a parent of another player, I was able to see how Travis conducted himself on and off
the field. He went above and beyond to help maintain the fields before and after the games. During
games, he displayed the same drive. I saw him as a hard worker, team player, good sportsman, and a
well-mannered young man.

Two years later, as a restaurant manager for both, Greenwood's on Green Street and Swallow at the
Hollow, I had some staffing needs. I was looking for fun, positive, energetic people. One of the first
individuals that came to mind was Travis. I hired Travis and he worked as a server in the restaurant for
several years. I could always count on Travis to help out in every aspect of the business. He always kept
a good, positive attitude and was extremely courteous with our guests.

Several years later, I changed companies. I began working for Crust Pasta and Pizzeria.

Though I was no longer a manager, I was asked by management if I could recommend any employees.
Again, Travis came to mind. He was hired and we have now been coworkers for the last 3 years.

Travis has continued to display a great work ethic and has been an excellent employee and coworker.
