BUSINESS IDEAS(estimate)

Recipe:
-Redvelvet:
230g Cold Chopped Unsalted Butter
160g Caster Sugar
160g Light Brown Sugar
450g White Chocolate Chips
475g Plain Flour
25g Cocoa (we use a mix of regular and black cocoa)
1 tsp Salt
3 tsp Baking Powder
2 Eggs 1 Egg Yolk
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Red Food Colouring (paste food colouring not liquid)

-Regular cookies(tinggal tambahin paste sesuai rasa)


 280g all-purpose flour
 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
 1/2 teaspoon salt
 170g butter, melted (warm, not hot)
 100g granulated sugar
 150g light or dark brown sugar
 1 large egg, plus 1 egg yolk
 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
 170g-200g chocolate chips

Instructions

-In a medium bowl sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
-In a large bowl, place the melted butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar.
-Whisk until well combined. Whisk in the egg, egg yolk and vanilla extract. Add
flour mixture and mix just until combined. Do not overmix. Fold in chocolate
chips and walnuts.
-Chill the dough for at least 2 hours, preferably 6 hours or overnight (you can
keep the dough in the fridge for up to 3 days).
-Preheat oven to165C degrees. Line pans with parchment paper.
-If the cookie dough is hard to handle, leave it on the counter for a few minutes.
-Drop rounded balls of dough onto prepared baking sheet, the size of 3
tablespoons each. Bake for 11-13 minutes, until cookies just begin to brown at
the edges and center is still soft. Cookies will appear undone but will continue to
bake on the warm baking sheet. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a
wire rack to cool completely.
-Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen
for up to 2 months.

Tips:
-Chill the dough on refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours max 3-4 days for the less
spreading cookies.
-Cookie dough bisa tahan di refrigerator up to 1 week tapi bagusnya 3-4 hari aja
-Cookie dough bisa tahan sampai 3 bulan didalam freezer.
-Untuk bikin cookie yg soft brown sugar harus lebih extra daripada gula
biasa,tambahin extra yolk

-Eksperimen pertama bagi dough jadi 7 bagian untuk coba variant’’nya dan coba
bikin redvelvet
-setelah 7 bagian ukur pakai timbangan ukuran yang sesuai utksize
small,medium pilihannya 45gr 75gr 125gr 3sdm
