    Cheese is a highly nutritious food with an excellent keeping quality. Cheese production
    potential of Bangladesh is quite high because it essentially contained all beneficial
    characteristics of a perfect dairy product. Further, with upcoming global economic reforms as
    an effect of globalization and development in marketing sector that has become the doorway
    to the dairy sector in India to enter and spread in the international cheese market. Worldwide,
    there is a continues rise in the consumption of cheese; the annual growth rate is above 3% in
    India production of cheese has been rising quite consistently, being 1000 tons in 1980 to
    40000 tons in 2007, against the world production of 16 million tons. In 2014, cheese
    production in the world was estimated to be 18.7 million tons.
    My Business plan is to make a cheese factory.
