Connection Fee
The connection charge is a flat rate charge that is applied to each call in addition to the per minute
tariff; all mobile phone operators in Spain charge a connection charge.  However, unlike other
operators, Bright´s connection charge for both national and international calls is only 0.15€ per call.

Premium Numbers
Premium rate numbers in Spain start with 901, 903, 903 etc. The cost of the call is set by the owner of
the number and can be as high are 1€ per minute.

Voicemail
As long as you are within Spain there is no cost to receive calls or to call your voicemail.  However, if
you are roaming both receiving calls and calling your voicemail is chargeable. Roaming prices are
also applied to SMSs, which means you will be charged the local Spanish price, plus a price for
the use of the other country's lines.  The price varies depending on the country you are visiting, for the
latest prices please see the Orange roaming website.

CONSUMPTION LIMITS
The consumption limit is the maximum amount of money you want to spend with Bright each
month.  The consumption limit helps you control your spending.  You set your own consumption limit
when you sign-up by leaving a deposit of the same amount.

Your consumption limit has two parts:

1) Consumption limit for National Calls (70% of your deposit).

YOUR BRIGHT AGREEMENT EXPLAINED…
(2011 / a)

2) Consumption limit for International Calls (30% of your deposit).

For example, you leave a deposit of 100€ with Bright,

therefore your consumption limit for national calls is 100€ x 70% = 70€,
and your consumption limit for international calls is 100€ x 30% = 30€.

In other words, your spending on national calls is limited to 70€ per month, and your spending on
international calls is limited to 30€ per month.

To continue calling after reaching your limit you can do the following:

1) Make a payment to your account

2) Raise your consumption limit by leaving a larger deposit

3) Email bright at info@thebrightco.com to request a change in the proportion between the

national consumption limit and the international consumption limit. In order words, if you
wanted to make more international calls, you may request that Bright changes the
consumption limit proportion from 70% (national) and 30% (international) to, for example,
50% (national) and 50% (international).

We´ll send you a text message when you have used approximately 80% of your National
Consumption Limit, and another when you´ve used approximately 100% of your National
Consumption Limit.

DEPOSIT
All customers who sign-up with Bright leave a fully refundable Contract Deposit of between 50€ to
200€.  This deposit corresponds to your consumption limit for national calls and international calls.
We use this system to help our customers control their spending.

All deposits are fully refundable once all outstanding bills are paid. Many of our customers ask to use
their deposit to clear their final bill and then we refund the remainder.

The Roaming Deposit is an additional deposit that is required when customers want to use roaming
from their phone.  This additional deposit is required because SMSs and calls made while roaming
can be significantly more expensive than when made when within Spain.  Roaming is not activated as
standard, so please contact us if you want to use roaming on your phone.

FREE MINUTES
You have 1000 free minutes every month to use to call your friends, family and colleagues who are
also on the Bright network. Each free call is limited to 15 minutes, after which you´ll be charged at the
national rate which is 13c per minute. A connection fee of 15c applies to each call.

LEAVING

You can end your contract by returning your SIM card to us. You can post it to us, or if you live near
our office you can drop it off. If you are unable to return the SIM card we will charge €15 for a
replacement, which we will deduct from your deposit.

We will refund your deposit, less any deductions that may be applicable, as soon as we have the last
phone bill for your account, which is shortly after the 15th of the following month.

If you paid by credit or debit card we will refund the deposit directly to your card.  If you paid in cash
we will refund the deposit to your Spanish or international bank account.  However, Bright is unable to
cover any banking fees incurred in sending money internationally, these charges (usually around 3€)
will be deducted from your deposit.

There are no early cancellation fees.

LOST PHONE
If your phone is lost or stolen, you will need to block your line ASAP.  There are three ways to do this:

1.  Call Bright on +34 932 386 727

2.  Online in the Customer Area*
3.  Call Orange on +34 656 001 471**

*Please be aware that this method may take up to 24hrs to become effective.
**Your phone is registered at Orange under Bright´s company name - Mobile High S.L., CIF:
B63232433

Please attempt to block your line ASAP after the loss or theft, as all calls made until the block is made
will be your responsibility.

We will charge 15€ to issue you a new SIM card and activate it with your old number. Delivery of the
SIM card will be in addition to this charge.

LOW-COST INTERNATIONAL CALLS

To benefit from Bright´s low-cost international calls, simply dial the full international number starting
with 00. For example, to call the UK, dial 0044 8457 48 49 50

Please do not use the “+” sign in replacement of 00, otherwise your call will not correctly connect to
Bright´s low-cost international lines.

You can view the tariffs for international calls on the Bright website www.thebrightco.com

ROAMING
"Roaming" is the ability to make and receive calls, SMS and data outside of Spain (or whichever
country you signed your mobile contract in).

Because roaming costs can be expensive (the costs are set by the mobile operators in the foreign
country), Bright does not automatically activate roaming as a standard service. However, if you are
