focus or change during execution phase of a project. First in order to make change management
plan we need to determine the reason for change. Then a plan for recommended changes must be
made and we need to show how we are reacting to those issues which needs to be changed and
how the changes will benefit the project. After that we need to identify the progress and success
of the projects with those changes.

Communication Plan
A communication plan is a way of providing stakeholders information about the project. A
communication plan also defines who should be given a particular information, when should
they get this information and by what means is the information provided. In order to make a
communication plan we must first perform a situation analysis on how to provide information to
stakeholders. Then we need to know whom we are delivering our messages and by what means
are we delivering our messages. Then we need to allocate time in which we will be delivering
information. Lastly we need to evaluate our results in order to prepare a communication plan.
