 Introduction

“ My son, do not forget my teaching, but let your heart keep my commandments, for the length
of days and years of life and peace they will add to you. Let not steadfast love and faithfulness
forsake you; bind them around your neck; write them on the tablet of your heart. So you will
find favor and good success in the sight of God and man.”- Proverbs 3:1-4

Look around you. Unveil the essence of things you see. As you look at these creations you will
begin to notice the incredible symbolic lessons that are hidden within. God's creation reveals
many dimensions of His wisdom. What you have to do is seek for them. Success doesn't come
unto you, you have to come towards them. You have to mold yourself to be someone with a
strong faith in God, good attitudes, and advantageous skills. Do not forget His teachings; save it
in your heart and fill yourself with His words. With the help of His will, no dreams are impossible
to reach.”But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce
wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your forefathers, as it is today. ”-
Deuteronomy 8:18. God wants us to succeed so he wants us to persevere. He gives us the
abilities we need to conquer our own world and experience our vision of success.

Most people envision their success but lack in taking action to achieve it. Remember, we were
created for a higher purpose. We can do incredible things beyond what we imagined. “Delight
yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.”-Psalm 37:4. God help with
who we want to be. Our capacity to think is what makes us unique among all of His creations.
What we are today will help who will we be tomorrow. Yes, the steps toward our triumph are
not easy; there would be obstacles along the way. But something awaits us after this dark and
challenging tunnel. As we all know rainbow comes after the rain or storm. It’s like in our life,
something beautiful turns out after sadness, struggle, or pain. Have you ever seen the beauty of
the rainbow, the sequential order of its colors? If yes, you surely are aware of how lovely it is.
But don’t you know that the beauty and the science behind the rainbow are also amazing? Here
are some of the facts:

Rainbows are multi-colored arc formed in the sky. In fact, they are a full circle of light. However,
due to most people viewing a rainbow on the ground we only see a semi-circle or arc of the
rainbow. They come out in the sky when there is an abundance of rain, mist, spray, fog, and
dew, and a spit of sunshine at a right angle. They are formed by both reflection and refraction
(bending) of light in water droplets in the atmosphere, which results in a spectrum of the light
display. As you can see a rainbow acts like an allusion that is there yet you can't hold or touch it.
Well, it doesn't matter what you see, no two people see the same chemical equation in the
rainbow. In fact, even our eyes see slightly different rainbows. If someone appears to be
standing under a rainbow you can see, they will see it differently.
Commonly, a rainbow consists of these colors in the order of red, orange, yellow, green, blue,
indigo, and violet. They are formed by cloud and fog droplets. Most of them are almost white
with very faint colors seeable. There are different types of unique rainbows: fogbow, lunar,
multiple rainbows, twinned, full circle, and supernumerary bow. These rainbows are created in
different circumstances. When sunlight passes through fog or a small cloud, a fogbow rainbow
occurs. The diffraction of light happens when the droplets of moisture from the fog work. A
lunar is also known as a moonbow happens on the moon during a lunar month. Hence, it is an
unusual sight and appears as a white arc. This kind of rainbow lines the moon's outer rim.
Multiple or double rainbows happen when there are several rainbows in the same place and
time. Twinned rainbows may look the same as multiple rainbows but they are formed when two
rain showers occur. Full circle rainbows are also rare to be seen since most of what see are
semicircular. They mostly occur in high altitude areas since the sun's position doesn't prevent it
to form such kind of rainbow. Lastly, a supernumerary bow happens when the primary
rainbows serve as another circle inside of it. They are formed after the sunlight has strike drops
of water (millimeter in size or less) and they don't have traditional colors but features several
pastel colors. The diverse beauty of every rainbow is fascinating.

Going back, this book isn’t actually about rainbows but what are the colors of success that can
be associated with it. This is not about how lovely rainbows are but to inspire you to recolor
your life to meet success. Lastly, this is not about my journey but to help yours. Challenges?
Hindrances? When a problem arises, never dare to escape because there’s nothing to be afraid
of. Take a look at the sun, moon, and stars and behold the problems they solve. Every order of
creation fixes a problem; there’s always a way to solve them. Nobody is here on earth without a
problem to solve. All of us have our own battles. It doesn't matter if he or she doesn't know or
believe in God, it doesn't matter if she has a different race or language, or even if you're rich or
poor. Problems don’t choose where they would sit beside. To the intent of living the fullness of
life, we are drawn to the beauty of creation. Open your eyes, your mind. There's a lot that we
can learn from the wonder of creation that could help grow and foster.
 Chapter 1. Color of Idea

Human beings are special because of their capacity to think. No person was born without an
idea to create or be something in life. Even at a young age, you have an idea of what you want
for your life. You will hear some kids say they want to be a teacher or a police officer, they
would then generate ideas on how they would be able to achieve this. In school, when a
teacher asks a question and no one raised their hand, it doesn't mean that the students have no
answer at all. They have answers in their mind but doubt themselves or they are shy to share
them. In organizations, a meeting would be held for teams to generate ideas that would help
their business. At tough times, you would need emergency ideas to overcome that particular
situation. Hence, the capacity to create ideas is part of human nature. It doesn't matter what is
your education level, your gender, or your nationality. It doesn't matter who you are because
every human being is gifted with a mind that can think.

There's no easy way towards success. One must learn about the skills, abilities, and attitudes he
must have to do so. There are eight colors to succeed and the first one to create your kind of
rainbow is the color of an idea. As we all know, ideas are just ideas until acted upon but it
doesn't mean they are unimportant. They are essential because they are the root of everything.

How to create great ideas?

“God forms the mountains and creates the wind.  He reveals his thoughts to humans.  He makes
dawn and dusk appear. He walks on the high places of the earth. His name is the Lord God of
Armies.” -Amos 4:13 GWV

The beginning of humanity, of our world, of the entire universe, started with God's idea to
create us. We are the product of His ideas and see how majestic they turned out. The question
now is how will you be able to create ideas too that would result in something essential and
wonderful? And how will you be able to make these ideas bring home the trophy?

To succeed, you must know the importance of thoughts and ideas. The challenge is how will you
be able to generate them. You have to learn and enhance yourself to be an effective thinker. By
freeing yourself from the mundane thoughts that dwell in your brain, you can be a master of
great ideas.
 Be observant

Sure, ideas can come unexpectedly but it won't happen in a vacuum. Observing is one way to
think of new and creative thoughts. You can engage in an observation session that would help
in stimulating your brain to think effectively. You can start by watching people, their activities,
their behavior. Go to crowded areas like malls and parks, observe people engaging with one
another. This could help you generate ideas about human social behavior.

 Engage with other people

Aristotle said, "Man is a social animal". Yes, there are times that we need to think alone to find
ourselves but it doesn't mean socializing would be disregarded. Socializing is part of our daily
lives: from work, school, your home, or wherever you are. Hanging out with your friends,
colleagues, or family members can get you in a thinking rut, and take advantage of this to
create great ideas. Connecting with other people and starting a conservation help to surface
new thinking. It is also best if you socialize outside your normal circles who don't know your
thoughts patterns and old stories. Doing so, you can go back to your present inner monologues
and bring forth refreshing perspectives. Going outside your box can help you discover other
boxes and meet other people that would also help in enhancing your communication and social
skills.

 Read

Books are a great source of ideas. However, you don't have to pressure your brain reading
books you are uninterested in. Reading books you like without being forced would help you
unravel your thoughts. Books, be it informative or entertaining, are excellent for creating and
stimulating new ideas because you learn more. This is effective to activate your idea generator
and could help in expanding your way of thinking. You can allot an hour or two of your time to
browse books and you would surely find tons of thought stimulation.

 Surf the web

You don't know about something? Type it in your search engine. Looking for inspiration to
create ideas? You can surf the web. The world has been more convenient than ever that you
can easily find answers for your queries in one click. The internet has given you more
opportunities to create or share thoughts and ideas. On the other hand, it is also good to
generate new ideas through unexpected learning. By surfing the web, you can find other
obscure references and exercise your brain a bit.

 Meditate

Do not push yourself too much. Give time for your mind to relax and maintain its balance.
Remember, it is hard to come up with good ideas when your mind is consumed with other
thoughts and concerns. Look for a quiet space and meditate. It will help you a clear mind and
free yourself from overthinking, stress, and frustrations. Meditating can help you focus and find
ways to solve the issues you are currently facing. From your long and tough week, find the time
or at least give yourself an hour or two to relax and refreshen your mind. This would help to
pop new ideas within you.

 Exercise

All people were born with creativity within them. What you have to do is enhance it and
nurture it. By doing simple exercises, your brain can focus on and yield creative and great ideas.
You can play brain games if you like or do brainstorming. Having regular exercises would also
help you not only physically but also mentally and assist in strengthening your way of thinking.

These methods could help your mind grow and foster. You just have to commit your time and
energy to formulate great ideas that would lead to your success. You won't lose anything trying
these methods; you would reap its benefits. Remember, if you want to succeed, the execution
is up to you.

Capturing your ideas

You have to capture your thoughts since good ideas can come and go. The problem is focusing
on this side of the mountain rather than the success that the idea will bring on the other side of
the mountain. Don’t be one of those people who let the hustle and bustle of life hinder their
ability to seize precious ideas.

Here are three daily steps to capture your ideas:

1. Create a system

To capture daily ideas, you can make use of a systematic approach. It depends on which you
prefer to use, it can be electronic devices or a pen and paper. You have to choose what
effectively works for you. If you prefer to log your thoughts and ideas in your journal, let it be.
You can, later on, analyze each data and dig deeper to find the gem among them all.

2. Select the good ones

It doesn't end upon capturing your thoughts since you can't act on all ideas that come to your
mind. Find a quiet space where you can analyze the ideas you have logged on your note or your
journal. This time, you can now identify whether that certain idea is worthy of your time and
would help you cross the road of victory. Erase the ideas you find unworthy and useless.

3. Make it your habit

Adopt new habits that could help you achieve your goals. Yes, it would take some time before
you totally adopt it as part of your daily routine but it is surely worthwhile. Your determined
effort to capture ideas daily can turn to your advantage for your personal and professional life.
Sticking with this routine would help you possess the color of ideas.

The Importance of Ideas

“Every good and perfect gift is from above,  coming down from the Father of the heavenly
lights,  who does not change  like shifting shadows.”- James 1:17 NIV

God's love for us is unquestionable. He's given us a gift to think, our mind. He's given us a gift to
love with our hearts. What we need to do is make use of His gifts for good purposes. We can
also make use of and nurture His gifts for us to succeed in life. There are tons of opportunities
out there and you only need to grab them. With the ideas in your mind, you can start working
out to reach your goals. As they say, you reap what you sow. Meaning, what you read and
retain back then will help today. Having a holistic learning process gives you viewpoints,
different pictures, and varied opinions. Needless to say, opinions are important since it helps in
forming our ideas. Doing activities that help in creating opinions and ideas are big contributors
to your thinking capacity. You need to have activities (like reading) that would help you form
conclusions.

Without ideas, humanity won't progress, there will be no change as well as human
developments. There would be no technology, researches, and works. Ideas are the foundation
of every advancement but it would remain still unless they are realized and executed. Your idea
of creating notes won’t be effective until you do so. Before taking action, you must first have an
initial idea. They are the guide for your future practice. Once you put your mind to work and
start focusing on the ideas in your mind, it would be easier for you to put them into realizations.
Your education is one of the opportunities you can seize to let your mind wander and discover
new learnings to formulate ideas. Though you may not make use of all ideas you created, you
can make sure that your final idea is the best of all. Who knows that your ideas may change the
world?

Remember that there are two ingredients for your success: time and an idea. For example, if
Mark Zuckerburg didn't come up with the idea to connect Harvard students with one another,
Facebook wouldn't be launched. If he didn't have the time and opportunity to generate this
idea and pursue it, thousands of people wouldn't enjoy the advantage of this platform right
now. On the other side, this idea didn't remain as it is. Innovations and updates are made to
improve the quality of their service. Hence, ideas matter as well as inspiration to create them
and innovation to improve them. Every product we have right now was once an idea; even this
book- this is once an idea that was put into reality. Inspiration and ideas are frequently the basis
for many successful existing products and services. That is why, for you to succeed, you have to
foster a culture of ideas. Learning to develop ways to innovate and create fresh ideas will help
you pave your way towards your goals. Unlocking your creativity, enhancing your problem-
solving skills, and collaborating with other people is essential for you to have ideas and act on
them.

Not only products but every form of service was also once a form of an idea. For example,
having the thought of establishing a home service company upon seeing that it is in demand in
your community. Just like products as an idea, services are also the result of one's mind. With
the existence of thousands of products and services, it is important to be creative to catch
others' interests. But who knows? Some ideas don't sound well but are likely to be effective.
There are foolish ideas that can be the hiding place for great projects. Reaching easily a person
miles away from you may seem to be impossible back then but look, in today's world, you can.
Some people think that idea is a thought away from a product, it is a thought away from a
service-related business when it is the root of them all. A product will never be it is or improve
without someone's idea. Service won't exist if someone hadn't thought about it. Simply, you
can't discard an idea's influence on its result. If you can generate such ideas that would create
an impact on other people, you are one step ahead of what you envision.
We are run by ideas which makes them relevant in our daily life. You know that gifts are given
for someone on a special occasion; you know that UV rays can harm your skin so better put on
sunscreen. These existing ideas are examples that we are knowledgeable about because of their
presence. We became certain about a thing because of the knowledge and ideas we have about
them- and you commonly oversee this. Why? Because your eyes are stuck on the products
rather than its seed. Have you ever said, "Wow! The idea of making this thing is cool," rather
than, "Wow! This thing is cool!". Every discovery begins with an idea. Note that this idea can be
useful or offensive for one's self and society. It would then on purpose and the possible
consequences of these to determine whether it would be an advantage or disadvantage. Your
experience and balanced state of mind assist in cultivating your thinking capacity to generate
new and innovative ideas (one that aims to simplify the complexity).

Your Idea, Your Success

We all have ideas that can change ourselves and even our world. As a creation of the human
mind, they may don't have form, but ideas have will that drive and manifest them. Having an
adaptive mindset is important especially at uncertain times and when the ground shifts under
your feet. If you were unable to create effective ideas, how will you be able to succeed?
Enabling yourself to have the color of the idea, you would have the freedom to engage with the
world around you and learn about fresh discoveries. You can learn and grow in the process of
thinking and generating ideas.

In summation, having the ability to make ideas and execute them contribute toward your
triumph. Have faith in God. He would give you the strength, thoughts, and ideas you need. As a
person full of ideas, you can think of a way on how to create your bridge of success. If you think
you lack this aspect, do not lose hope. By following the mentioned tips and methods, you can
mold yourself to be a creative and effective thinker. If no one believes in you, believe in
yourself; God also believes in you. Remember, there's nothing impossible especially if you have
strong faith in God. Who knows that with His help you can create the best idea that would
create the greatest change?
