Target Market

We can define a target market to be a group of consumers for which a product or service

that is designed to garner the consumers attention. RMA Solutions target market will be focusing

on the small business owners and entrepreneurs who are looking to expand their business

operations or just getting started.

Demographic Market

The Demographics is used as the statistical characteristics for a human population (age or

income is not a factor) to identify business markets.

1. Age- this is not a factor for those who are small business owners or entrepreneurs

(since Covid-19, many people have become creative but lack knowledge on how to

operate a business)

2. Income range- We have no income range; it has been known that with just $1 and an

idea can turn into a lucrative business.

3. Gender - Although many larger corporations display gender bias, we are finding out

that more women are becoming successful owning their own business or becoming

CEO’s of some of the largest corporations.

4. Family size – There is not limit on family size, many families usually become the

support and assistance for running and operating a business.

5. Education – We do not place limits on education, we do not ask that the individuals

have a BA or MBA, just if they can comprehend and believe they can achieve their

ambitions and goals, we will be there for them every step of the way.
6. Occupation- This is not a factor, there are many today who are out of work; since

2008, many people in the workforce had to change their skillsets because of many

corporations downsizing and cutting jobs.

 Geographic Description – This will serve RMA Solutions, since we are a web-based business,

we will be able to reach those across the globe. However, we do belief in conducting business

face to face, our focus will be on those who may require or prefer face to face interactions.

Psycho graphic Description – This method be a study of the consumers’ needs that are based

upon their psychological characteristics, values, goals, interests, and their lifestyle. This is a

method used in marketing of focusing and understanding the consumers the physiological

makeup of the consumer.

Purchasing Pattern Description – Because RMA Solutions provides a service, we must make

for a way for our clients to afford our services, we will base this on the frequency and duration of

using our services; consistency is not always reliable.

1. Because we are not only a brick-and-mortar business, but we do also have websites on

Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn and advertisement in various communities.

2. Our clients will have the ability to use various payment methods, CashApp, PayPal,

Zelle, ACH, Credit Card, and Bank to Bank transfers.

Buying Sensitivities- We do understand the dynamics for which there will be changes in

demand, our cost of a product or service change will reflect the demand. By using a price

elasticity of demand, to show that many clients will not pay a higher price when they can get the

service lower. RMA Solutions will deal with this matter at the time it arises, to make any price

adjustments.
