The Open Door

Screech!
The door cracked open, spookiness encircled the entire corridor as if the door
withstood it for centuries. The inside of the room was entirely dark, nothing could
be seen, only a shimmer coming from a crack at the attic made a faint white dot at
the floor. Then the eyes appeared and the memories engulfed me….the blood red
color…the astonishing shine…that cold smile…
First thought: The Beast has been unleashed.
Second thought: Now I am dead.
Third thought: no way! It’s time to run.
Long story short. My name is Jack Reacher. I was the normal teenager as you all.
But my life changed two weeks ago. My ex-dad was a terrorist, a gambler, and
world’s renowned criminal. He loved to have pets. So one day he decides that he
should have a pet. As per his taste he thought of cats and dogs (normal pets) as
something very naïve looking. So from the depths of Tartarus he imported a hell
hound. When I first saw that thing, I was totally mystified and terrified. By the way
when I first saw that terrific hound, it was a baby but still I can request you, never
ever dream of seeing that creature!
Awwwoooh!
Seems like the creature is getting on me. I should hurry.
So where was I? Hmm…this pet I was talking about, my dad took good care of it
only to have been eaten in half by that monstrous hound-like creature. It was
twilight, my dad was sitting in couch and that creature curled up near his legs. I
half-heartedly slept at the bed as always. At midnight, I heard a horrendous
sound making me freeze in my bed. I heard the roar of the hound, followed by my
father’s scream. Then there was dead silence. Then I heard the sound of
something coming near me. The smell of the hound made my nose stink. I left my
face half hidden under the blanket and from the other half where my eyes lay, I
saw that hound…blood red eyes with astonishing shine…blood dripping from his
canines. Sweat was trickling from all over my body. I was so freaked out that I got
my pants wet. I don’t know what was the real reason for my wet pants, either
sweat or something else coz afterwards I dazed off.
Awwwoooh! (I think I should run faster)
At sunshine my mother told me about my father’s death. I got more panic-struck.
Then the entire police department came for investigation as if a P.M has
committed suicide. They didn’t believe our story still I knew that my mother told
them the truth and the case just got wrapped up.

2 weeks ago, this hound returned back. So these people I was constantly in
contact with, some archers…Artemis’ archers. They told me that they hunt these
kinds of creatures. I contacted them and told them about the scenario.
So they were ready to help, but when we reached near the creature…I was
aw-struck. It was humungous. It teared two of the archers in half. Others got
themselves badly injured. Thanks to Thalia Grace, she took out a magical leash
which when put on the beast, the beast got under control.
Awwwwooooh!
A…a…a…and then I thanked her and took the pet with me and locked it at my
house in the attic (my biggest mistake…I know!). And some magic spice was
poured by Thalia at door so that it could not get out.
But unfortunately, it has somehow escaped its prison and is behind my life. Now
anyone who reads is requested to forward it so that it could get to Thalia and she
could help me.
Awwwwwooooooh!
