Supplemental Activity No. 1.

Looking Back

Rationale:

The start of a class usually is a time for mixed questions. Who is my teacher? Who are my
classmates? What style will this teacher use in our class? Am I ready for this class? With these
questions in mind, there is a need to level off the expectations and set the course for the class.

As the instructor for this section and subject, I too have questions in my mind. What existing
knowledge does my students have in this subject? How will I make the delivery of the topics be
smooth and easy to understand?

These questions will not be answered if we will not ask them and discuss them. So, for this
activity, please answer as honestly as you can the following questions:

1. In one paragraph, please introduce yourself.

I am Babie Angela Roxas. You can call me Babs or Gelay. I hate it when I am called by my
second name. I am the second daughter of my family. My dream in life is to put up a Salon
in Valencia City. Moreover, I love to play softball and badminton. I also love to watch korean
dramas and I am interested in their foods. My motto in life is, “Do not regret the things that
made you happy”.

2. What do you expect from this class?

My expectations for the class this semester are to be filled with understanding and
patience. Understanding and patience towards our instructor as well as the students in this
time of flexible learning system. I also expect our subject teacher to provide us with a
holistic approach and real-life example. Lastly, I expect our subject to make us
well-equipped not only for examinations but also for the real world.

The following questions require you to examine the syllabus provided in the google class.

3. What areas in this subject you think are difficult for you?
The area in this subject that I think is difficult, is the mastery in writing business
research proposals. Even if I already have experience writing, I still need a lot of practice to
be excellent enough.

4. What topics do you think you need reinforcement in order for you to pass this subject?
I am fully aware that I am not good at making a RRL. In order for me to pass this
subject or to gain something in this subject, I want to learn more about making RRL easier.

The following question will help me know your issues and concerns regarding this subject.

5. What requests do you want your teacher to know regarding this subject?

So far, I don’t have any concerns or any issues regarding this subject.

Please turn-in your answers through the google class.

Thank you very much.
