MEDAN, and BANDUNG) :
1. 50 Work Hours : Free Oil Engine, Oil Filter, and Technician Services
2. 250 Work Hours : Free Oil Engine, Oil Filter, Fuel Filter, and Technician Services
3. 500 and 750 Work Hours : Free Technician Services
4. Indent time is 2-3 months since Indotara receive Down Payment 50% completely ( for not ready stock item )
5. Guarantee the availability of spare parts for 15 years
6. For unloading equipment rent ( if necessary ) on site beared to Buyer
7. Term of Payment: Full payment before delivery or Cash on delivery ( for transaction below Rp 15.000.000 )
8. Down Payment is not refundable if customer cancel the order.
9. Stock can be change without prior notification.

4. Disruption of Power Supply (Power Source)
5. Consumable Component as : Tyre, brake disk, etc..
6. Component with certain lifetime, example : Oil Filter, Fuel Filter, Air Filter, etc
7. Extreme Operating environments
8. Negligence in periodic maintenance
9. Failure of installation or supporting construction
10. Natural Disaster, Lightning, etc
