Document guidelines
1. A4, no double spacing, margin widths: upper margin: min. 2.5 cm, lower margin: min. 2.5
cm, left margin: min. 2.5 cm, right margin: min. 2.0 cm,

2. 10 – 15p. at most excluding figures and refs

3. Times New Roman 12 pt., Arial and Calibri 11 pt.

4. No R-markdown style, plain text

5. No list-like things

6. Provide coherent text either in ENG or GER, language should be a sufficient level

7. Captions must be self-explained and provide all content needed

8. If applicable, please place caption below Tab/ Fig

9. If you want to refer to different fomulae, please use numbers to make the object of reference
explicit for the reader such as label and eqref in LaTeX

10. No footnotes

11. No math like structure into lemma, prep, coll, def, theo etc

12. Explain all content such as formulae and results well (in your own works) well – no copy
paste

13. Indicate all quotes and refs correctly according to standards in academia

14. Refs should only be GER or ENG

15. No copy paste / no Wikipedia content

16. Add statement on your work at the final page of the “report” (see below)

17. Add ALL code used (reproducible) indicating software and version used in the APPENDIX

18. Statistical and typesetting software is completely up to you – results should meet correct
results, algorithms used should be identical to the R case discussed in class

19. Code must be executable and well commented

20. Do not use slides as refs
