2,5 Current concerns

- Need add. 1 QC Civil Inspector to inspection, witness, monitoring civil works (Civil work Pkg 18).
- Technical Query about qty testing samples for material stone column from each every 1.000 tons to be each
every 10.000 m3
- Stone material that came in for shipment 10 did not meet the specifications (oversize), need to screening the
material.
- Need to surveillance check to quarry to ensure that stone material meet the specifications
- Need to confirmation with engineering & procurement related type/class of pc piles, on the drawing mention class
of pc pile is type A3 while purchased by procurement is type A1 (revised drawing still on review by IPMT).
- Some points on 341-SS-111 are hold due to located in concrete drainage and outside the platform (stone column
works)
- Rejected material of pc pile incoming material due to pile with crack = 11 nos, qc will issued NCR related this
matter.
- Material verification report of pc pile incoming material still hold due to pile type/class status at the drawing not
available yet. MVR will be issued after the document/drawing release by engineering and approved by IPMT.
