THIS CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT is made BETWEEN ISLAND HOMES LIMITED of Two Hundred

and Thirty-Seven Ivy Crescent Twinckenham Park St Catherine (hereinafter called ‘ the Employer) of the one

part and DWIGHT JONES of apartment fifteen Union Estate St Catherine (hereinafter called ‘the Employee’)

of the other part-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WHEREBY both the Employer and the Employee agree to the following Term and Conditions--------------------

1 Employee’s Job Title Construction Engineer-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

2 Work Schedule The hours of work shall be from 8:00am to 4:15pm Mondays to Fridays with Forty Five

minutes lunch Break-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

3 Salary The basic salary will be seventy Thousand Dollars every Fortnight and shall be paid through a bank

account provided by the Employee………………………………………………………………………………

4. Duration of contact This Agreement shall initially be for period of TWO years but renewable by mutual

agreement of the parties ……………………………………………………………………………………

The first three months of the term will be period if the employer may terminate this agreement during the

period if the employee , for WHATEVER reason fails to perform to expectation……………………………

5. TERMINATION OF Contract Either party may terminate this contract giving the other TWO MONTH,S

notice of intention to terminate…………………………………………………………………………………….

6 Attendance The Employee shall report to work on time and swipe his card on arrival and departure . The

Employee shall display his identification badge at all times while on the premises, in the event of lateness or

absence the Employee shall inform his supervisor in advance or calling early within reasonable time…….

7 . Leave The Employee shall be entitled to vacation of two weeks per year and shall be taken as directed by

management
