TERM
Monthly tenancy commencing on the 1st day of June two thousand and nineteen Terminable by the one

month’s notice on writing by either party

RENTAL
One thousand dollars per month payable monthly in advance first payment to begin and be made on the first

day of June two thousand and nineteen and thereafter on the first day of each and every month ------------

A security deposit of sum equal to one month’s rental to be paid by the Tenant on signing this Agreement and

to be held by the Landlord against possible damage to the premises and default in payment at the termination of

this Agreement

PAYMENT OF RENT
Rental due under this Agreement should be deposited to account number two three zero nine four seven held at

Belize Bank on or before the due date specified in this agreement

TAXES
To be paid by the landlord/his agent
WATER & ELECTRICITY
At the commencement of this agreement the tenant will have the electric and water meters connected in his

name and will pay all cost of electric current and water consumed during the continuance of this Agreement

directly to the relevant providers in a prompt and regular manner

SPECIAL
The Landlord/his agent AGREES that

The tenant punctually paying his rent at the time and in the manner specified shall peaceably hold and enjoy

the rented premises for the term hereof without any interruption by the Landlord/his agent or any person

rightfully claiming under or in trust for him/his agent

Save as provided in the next paragraph hereof to keep the rented premises in good and tenantable repair

condition--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The tenant AGREES

a To keep the rented premises in the same good order and condition in which the same is now received

and to remedy all damages thereto

b To keep the sanitary installations sinks toilet and fitting in good working order, repair and condition and

free of chokes

c Loud music and loud of boisterous behaviour are strictly prohibited

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Landlord and the tenant have set their hands the day and year herein

written
