End of Year Video Task


This will be your FINAL Performance Task for Algebra 1 class!! It will cover all the units we have covered
throughout the school year and will assist with your grade for the last quarter. It will be your responsibility to
complete the video and upload the link to Ms. Lee via email geraldine.lee@cobbk12.org by May 7th. THIS
CAN BE DONE AT HOME!!!
Assignment:
 You and your partner (s) will decide on the unit you are working on and notify Ms. Lee by April 22.
(Maximum per group is 4)
 You will create a tutorial 3 - 5-minute video highlighting key elements about your unit to share with the
rising Algebra 1 students. You can be as creative as you like with your video, and make sure its school
appropriate language.
 Approved video platforms: Adobe spark, iMovie, Youtube, Screencast-o-matic, flipgrid
 Any other video platform must be approved by Ms. Lee.
 You determine your grade! It is your responsibility to keep up with this paper during the entire time!!
Videos will be uploaded to the summer rising 8th graders blog.
