1日 System Outline and Features
HITACHi o‖ ‐
刊ooded rotary screw compressor OSP‐ 1 50VAD has builtin two modules of air end,drive motor and
aux‖ iaries. OSP‐ 1 50VAD detects changing‐ pressure by load fluctuation and controls 2 modules tota‖ y and
operates as one unit ofthe compressor.
The air capacity at fu‖ Ioading is same as the targe― size singie‐ stage model(Singie motor rnodel). HOWever,
depending on air consumption,Dual ControI SysteRl eXeCutes to switch RUN/STOP, capacity control flexibly and
control appropriately for two units of built― in 75kW compressor,one is a variable speed module and the otheris a
constant speed module,thus it keeps smooth operation, The core part,air end applied to IECO profile' ,which
was newly‐ developed in the ttllSCREW 2∞ O series.Besides the large― size Liquid Crystal Display(LCD)shows
each module condition,connecting remote monitoring system COShlOS enables external monitoring.
