March 4, 2019 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Mumbai. This is the second edition of Gameplan,

second edition of their own gaming expo entitled “Gaming for Tomorrow” (GATO) on April 24,
2019, to be held at the Leela Ambience in Gurugram.
This is an exciting event for the gaming community in India as both conferences are set to talk
about the latest developments for the gaming industry and what they have in store for India.

The IFSG has made sure that there will be three panel discussions for Gameplan 2019. The first

in store for the future. The panel will be participated by noteworthy names in world-famous

India, KPMG Partner Girish Menon, Dream 11 CEO Harsh Jain, Wavemaker CEO for Southeast

the sports entertainment industry.
The first edition of Gameplan was hosted last February 2018 and was a smashing success
especially on deep discussions on the potential in fantasy sports investment-wise and financial-
wise.
GATO 2.0
IAMAI calls this GATO 2.0, and it will feature various kinds of activities for people to
participate in. These include gaming zones, workshops, exhibitions, and conferences. To cap the
night off, GATO will be holding its awarding ceremony to recognize the various gaming
developers in India who have contributed in its advancement.
There will be a total of nine awards to be given away, namely: Best Affiliate Partner of the Year,
Best use of AR/VR in a Game, Best Live Game, Best Card Game on an App, Best Fantasy Game
App, Best Gaming App, Best Operator of the Year, Best Ad Network of the Year, and Most

The first edition of GATO was held last December 2017 and was participated by various top

It is believed that these two gaming conferences will be huge successes given their proposed
activities. It is possible that we may see a third edition for both conferences as India progresses
in the gaming industry.
