Classic INGREDIENTS

1 turkey (10 to 30 lbs)


Roast 2 sticks (1 cup) melted butter
Salt

Turkey Pepper
1 onion

Serves: 12

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Remove the turkey from the wrappings and place on a
rimmed pan.
3. Melt butter in microwave and generously place all over
turkey.
4. Season the outside of the turkey generously with salt and
pepper.
5. Place the onion pieces inside the turkey cavity.
6. Place the roasting pan into the heated oven and bake for
2-3 hours. Checking occasionally
7. Remove the turkey from the oven and place the turkey
on a serving platter or carving surface. Allow to rest at least
30 minutes.
8. Carve the turkey and serve.
