Hi guys
Anticipating June and possibly July and August to be correction months
for USD. Trump polices will weaken the USD and as everything in forex
nothing goes straight up or down.
Anticipating Yen to relax as well. CJ is at beautiful level. Near 80 that's
a bargain IMO
CJ lowest since 2016 and that low was caused by severe crash of oil
prices.

Its fine! You can post the patterns but when you add Fib Pivots you
get even stronger confluence specially that Fib Pivots 61-100 often
correspond to Harmonic shapes.
As an exercise draw a Pattern then place the pivots on top you will be
surprised.

After ECB should break 50.Fundamentally with Brexit on its tail Euro
can only get weaker with huge chunk of member state separating.
ECB is continuing its dovish projections and with new slowing global
economies it will only get worse.

Welcome back to Florida! On JPY pairs no worries. Yen will get weaker soon BOJ will make sure
of it.They are already planning more stimulus .Japanese economy is depended on cheap yen its
basically their only tool since they are mostly export based economy.
I have done this long enough to allow the market to correct.Let it be.

losses.....holding EN atm but considering closing as volume and
momentum slow for the weekend....anyway, just wanted to express

Yes realism. Like the Kenny Rogers song you have to know when to
hold them and know when to fold them. I closed my Corona trade this
week at a loss. I only like to look at it if the stars align. Which is the
USD $ at a high resistance level and the UM pair at a resistance zone

as well. This weeks double whammy that got me was the "Donald"
effect with the Tariff announcement out of the blue. Plus the Peso got
downgraded with their credit score lowered from +BBB to BBB. At one
point on Wednesday I was within $20 of break even I was optimistic
that a deal would be reached when it wasn't by early Thursday
afternoon I decided to close it, as I did not want to be left a bag
holder. As I've indicated before its a very volatile pair, however I have
succeeded with it on many prior occasions. I closed my CJ last night
prior to CAD news this morning the second one of the week. I had
some NQ losses which were completely my fault. I have quick order
entry buttons on my trading platform that I program, and I
programmed a new one and did it to sell instead of buy and failed to
notice. I clicked some orders and got busy on the phone. I was looking
to buy it up to 7200. Oh well my Father used to say the Man that does
F#^k all wrong is the Man that does F3^k all! Still working a little
more today not quite done for the week. EDITED now officially done
for the day SP500 day trades closed out on sell orders above the R100
levels. I got stopped out on my trailing stop on 1 minute charts on one
order and closed the other manually. Time to go run some errands.

Could not trade at all Friday was at work 11hrs.MIT graduation.
We got a great news Trump says the US has ‘indefinitely suspended’ planned tariffs
against Mexico after reaching a deal
This is good for weakening the Yen as risk factor is decreasing and Yen should be
dumped next week
Stll long on all my JPY crosses/ NJ holding for 7250+should reach and go beyond next week.

Although in retrospect it was a good decision since Trump was still on Mexico...tariffs. What is
interesting to me that when you look at the chart all JPY pairs severely sold off and they all going

Hi guys
Took some losses.Was not a good week for me.Had to close positions in red to manage the
account and that's what I did.
Trump is a huge factor why...Trade war has weakened AUD and NZD severely and bolstered the
Yen tremendously.
I am certain this will change.Trump trade failing with China was not anticipated by me or
majority in the market...
My attitude is being positive resourceful and cut the weeds until get out of the jungle.In real
terms trading is about taking losses as well and profits.One does not happen without the other.
On fundamental front focus is on G20 meeting.Should Trump reach a deal or Chinese agree to
see him that would be great news for global economies and if it fails expecting Feds to cut rate
and I'll be interested in selling USD
Lets see how it unfolds

Nice to have this thread quiet down and free from noobs and trolls.
I am basically holding until G20 meeting and if everything goes right expecting serious
corrections on AUD NZD and YEN
Until then hunkered down and avoiding the shells exploding left and right.
Taking losses is at times crucial. Nothing shame being wrong.Its basically a probability game and
you can be wrong and that's normal.
As the arab saying goes you can fall down from a horse but dont stay fallen.

A big Thank You to Davit and all the participants who post. I have learned a ton from you and
Pivot Trading will be a part of my arsenal from now on.
I have unsubscribed to many of you whom I respect and hope you do not take it too
personal......I simply do not want to be a part of FF going forward.....the trash that comes with
these forums is unbelievable. For example... this morning I was shocked and appalled that
George Aus put me on ignore simply because I happened to like someones post....and it had
nothing to do with him.....but that's FF at its best.....instant judge and execution by ego maniacs
who cannot accept respectful criticism, their egos are too fragile to accept another point of
view....cheeeesh!! And when you do well the crap comes flying...I have better things to do than
listen too. or be affected by some lunatic from Australia who thinks he has a special place in the
universe because he can increase a trade account.
I have survived a thousand battles in my business life, and I have not retired poor....but I have
found trading forex to be a real challenge. And as always refused to give up until I resolve a long
held believe I too could be competent at this one area of business life that I have struggled with
...pivot trading the Davit way has made that possible....but chat rooms and forums leave me
cold and tonight, angry that I could waste the last 8 hours stewing about all this. Time is way to
precious to waste on opinions I cannot change.

Trumps response to the Drown Attack: Trump not retaliating with annihilation over the "Hot
Headedness" of the idiot that pushed the missile launch button in Iran, proved once more the
diplomatic approach Trump holds. It was never a moment Trump backed down to Iran because
of fear. Trump is much smarter then we give him credit for. My take is: it would not surprise me
by this time next week during or after the G20 meeting, good news fill the airwaves and the
markets come back to some form of normality. (Glad to see Trump not lower himself and be
drawn into an unnecessary war over stupidity, there is no point in two dogs barking at one
another, at least in this case one of the dogs used his intelligence)

It takes two to fight, if one renounces this useless waste of energy, it's all over immediately.
I've always followed Swede's trades with interest and I've noticed that there is a lot of studio
work behind and this along with a very personal style that I admire and learn from. I too would
like you to stay in Davit's thread, but I respect any choice you make.

Hi guys nice corrections on Euro crosses and I am just holding until TP my trades.
What's nice getting paid daily +swap. Over 100 on weekend alone and should reach 500 by
Friday.Its nice not paying up for a change.
On a side note its interesting once Trump cancelled the attack on Iran liberal news outlets like

My opinion is rate is expected to be same hence market already knows it 2nd USD is bearish due
to Feds rather dovish overtures 3rd G20 meeting on the corner therefore in my view not a high
probability trade to short NU unless Friday China trade falls apart then Yes NZD and AUD will
take a beating.
I think personally there will be some positive steps on talks.Its in the interest of both China and

Risk Aversion or too Risk Averse?

Holding trades over the weekend - for me No!
Small gains have paid off - nothing dramatic in trades for the past 3-4 weeks.
When will we see a more "predictable" market again when we can better assess higher
probability trades?

My 2nd Q (April May June still 1day left of June...)results are green overall. Not the best but
considering China trade war crises which unexpectedly pushed my positions to red then had to
take losses basically all June and majority of July I am proud of myself fighting back managing
my account and coming at top.

Me too brother! Past 2 months all I was doing is learning patience. Did I make leaving of
the trading- of course not, my account is too small for that, but did I improve my
trading- YES. Absolutely. There have to be balance between your money, style of
trading, time and trades. I tried to be aggressive like Davit and got caught in Trum war
with China. Now I am slowly recovering. I trimmed my appetite and my overall
expectations. And it looks like it’s working for me. First month out of the woods. Will see
what happens next.

Same for me and I guess for many other fellow traders here.
I took some profit this week on trades that have been in deep DD and
I have some trades still running, of course since my exposure is tilted
towards AUD longs, G20 and above all Xi/Trump talks outcome will
weight a lot.
One point is for sure, without this special entry position sizing Davit
taught us this wouldn't have been possible. and of course patience and
trust in the system are two other main pillars.
