To Whom It May Concern:

It is my pleasure to recommend Natalie Berry for a teaching position. I have known Natalie since
September 2018. As her Special Education program professor, I have had the pleasure of having
Natalie in my two courses: Foundations of Special Education and Classroom & Behavior
Management at Monmouth University. She is a dedicated student who always shows diligence
and a strong work ethic. She is highly organized and responsible. I am certain that she will make
a valuable addition to your staff.

Natalie is very persevere and follow through to ensure that the job gets done despite the
difficulty of the task. While she was taking my course, the pandemic hit our nation and we went
to remote learning abruptly without any preparation time. Natalie was asked to not only complete
course work online but also to complete her field hours in a virtual format. She was one of a few
students who could keep up with the sudden transition to the online learning without any
problems, and smoothly complete her online class work and assignments, for which expectations
had changed tremendously. She is a good problem-solver and can work independently.

Additionally, Natalie is a good reflective learner. Her reflective papers and discussions were
filled with deep-thinking and her desire to improve her teaching practices. She has demonstrated
incredible initiative through her course work. She is always very punctual and reliable, and the
quality of her work exceeds my expectation. Natalie will be a wonderful colleague to work with.
Please feel free to contact me if you need additional information or perspective.
