GPA on ACTIVIST

● In some countries, grades are averaged to create a grade point average (GPA). GPA
is calculated by using the number of grade points a student earns in a given period of
time
● GPAs are often calculated for high school, undergraduate, and graduate students,
and can be used by potential employers or educational institutions to assess and
compare applicants
● An activist is a person who campaigns for some kind of social change. When
you participate in a march protesting the closing of a neighborhood library,
you're an activist. Someone who's actively involved in a protest or a political
or social cause can be called an activist.
● gpa is different with activist itself, gpa only focusing on academic and activist
only focusing at non academic where student who has a role as activistr must
requiring a soft skill and hard skill itself

○ citizen or others people must be wondering about the knowledge or
insight that the activist bring
○ because activists without academic knowledge cannot be trusted,
because their role will affect many societies
○ The hard skills they take in school will determine what they think about
the issues they face

activist only support how the activist's role can express his aspirations
and make his contribution to the community

'or' dissident knowledge ', refers to the ideological and ideational
aspects of social movements such as giving a dominant ideas and
ideologies, and developing new concepts, thoughts and meanings
through the interactions with social, political, cultural and economic
authorities for the common good.
○ Academic knowledge will lead students to form an innovative, superior
and creative idea which of course has beneficial properties for all levels
of society for a long time.
○ GPA will prove the academic value of activists or students well and
conclude that these students have knowledge of what needs to be
studied in a problem that exists in society
○ for example, students who play the role of PMI (Indonesian red cross)
activists will better understand the health situation if these students
come from premed students who have previously studied health well
