1. Where do we usually found rhythm?

We usually found rhythm in dancing because it is the placement of sounds in


time, generally means a movement by the regulated succession of strong and
weak elements. Rhythm may also refer to usual as” timed movement through
space: and a common language of pattern unit rhythm.

2. What is the difference between rhythm and rhythmic activities?


The difference between rhythm and rhythmic activities is that rhythm is a term
which devotes an aspect of a quality movement that is sometimes thought of dance.
When an individual moves in sequence to a particular rhythm or music we call the
movements as rhythmic movements or rhythm. On the other hand, rhythmic activities
are the physical manifestations of the mental and emotional response of the individual
to rhythm.

3. Do you think that dance can be a way of self-expression? Why or why not?

Dance is always accompanied by music, it is also a way of self


expression.Because, when people feell free to move their bodies without
judgement, you often get a glimpse of your innermost thoughts and feelings.
Dancing also helps people gain confidence, in your movement inspires
confidence in speech and overall human behaviour. One example of this is a
Contemporary Dance it is a style of expressive dance moves that strive to
connect the mind and the body through dance movements.
