SUB: REQUEST FOR EXTENSION IN CONTRACT FOR FURTHER TWO YEAS AS PER
CONTRACT APPOINTMENT.

With due respect it is stated that, I have been appointed as a Sub Engineer

Mechanical C&W (BS-11) vide letter No. 220-E/534-XXIV/2016(APO-III) appointment

date 16-04-2018 on contract basis for the period of 3 years (including training) and

extendable for further two year on satisfactory performance.

I am performing my duties at C&W Depot LalaMusa from Dated 21-02-2019 after

successful completion of my training from Walton academy Lahore, my contract will be

expire in April 2021, so it is therefore requested to your good honor that may kindly

allow the further extension in my employee contract for two years, my working report

is attached herewith.

I shall be ever grateful for this act of kindness.
