GTS wishes to provide, and the Customer wishes to accept, the Services, subject to and in accordance with the
terms of this Agreement and the General terms and conditions, where the “Services” means Premium Services

provided by GTS for telephony network services in relation to the provision of Premium Rate Services, non-

geographic and geographic Numbers and International Premium rate Numbers and a technology gateway in
contract relation to the provision of SMS services and voice services as required by the relevant Code Of Conduct in the
territory where the Services are being operated.

GTS shall pay the customer in respect of calls to allocated Numbers, according to the rates defined in the order
confirmations. All payment methods and rate details are subsequently described in the General terms and
Rates &
5 conditions and FAQ section and they shall be secondary applicable to this agreement. All rates mentioned are
payments:
exclusive of value added tax, with the exception of the information about caller rates, which normally are
inclusive VAT.

GTS shall arrange all payments pursuant to this Agreement within payment schedule of the General terms and
6 onditions to payoneer EUR and USD debit cards issued on the name of Santiago Rojas and registered under
account senriquer

All means given by article two [Definitions] of the General terms and conditions published on the Provider’s web
site http://www.premiumskytel.com and service web sites https://www.billstats.com and
Reference: 7 http://www.stats4calls.com shall be treated as binding and relevant in the internal relationships between the
Customer and GTS.Immanent part of this Service agreement will be the General terms and conditions and FAQ
approved by GTS and adopted by the Customer with the Subscription and/or by acceptance of this Agreement.

Both GTS and Customer will execute the contractual obligation as they are described in the General terms and
conditions published on https://www.billstats.com, http://www.premiumskytel.com and

http://www.stats4calls.com . For avoidance of any doubt the Customer undertakes and shall be solely
responsible for:

the quality and delivery of the content of the services and that these services comply with the National

Telecommunications Legislation, a Code of Conduct (where applicable) and this agreement;

ii the compliance with all necessary approvals, permissions or authorizations for use of the Numbers;

the services neither infringe any intellectual property right nor are defamatory;

his subaccounts toward GTS, therefore GTS in no circumstance cannot be kept responsible for any reason and

by any of the Customers subaccounts.

The Customer shall also be liable to indemnify and hold harmless GTS from and against any and all losses,
demands, claims, damages costs, expenses and liabilities (including any fine imposed by Phonepayplus, OFCOM
9 or any other regulatory body) incurred by GTS and arising out of services provided by the Customer including in
connection to the quality or content of the services or of marketing or promotional material or from any
fraudulent or alleged fraudulent use (including Artificial Inflation of Traffic) of telephone Numbers.

 This agreement shall be governed by English law and all disputes or claims arising out of or in connection
Governing with this contract including disputes relating to its validity, breach, termination or nullity shall be finally
law & 10 settled under the Rules of Arbitration and Conciliation of the International Arbitral Centre of the Austrian
Arbitrage: Federal Economic Chamber in Vienna (Vienna Rules) by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with the
said Rules.

This agreement has been executed by or on behalf of the Customer on the date at the top of page. The
Subscriber: 11 Customer by posting his signature on this contracts declares that all subscribed data are correct and he is
agree with the GTS General terms and conditions for the Service:

Attachment Copy of the Company Certificate of a good standing certifying that: (1) the company is existing one according
