2 Types of Planning

2.2.1 Standing Plan

 Policy

Kayuh.Co policies is made to set a standard within the organization for the most optimum
quality and production for our bikes. We also required to establish the rules of conduct that
employees need to abide when working with the company. Our store operation policy are
stated below:

1. Attendance & Puncuality


Attendance is a major part of the overall success of Kayuh.Co. Both workers and
managers are expected to coordinate their personal affairs so that their allocated
schedule can be sorted out.
2. Work Assignments & Schedules
Kayuh.Co business is to provide our clients with goods and services specifically
making the best bike provider locally and globally. Hours of service can differ for
departments and individual shops. Customer service expectations are based on
employee schedules and operating requirements. To accommodate those needs,
schedules can be modified or altered.
3. Honest & Ethical Behaviour
Dishonesty, misrepresentation of evidence or falsification of documents (including,
though not restricted to, applications for jobs, time records, invoices or bank
deposits) or misrepresentation of employee benefits or rights is forbidden.
4. Financial Handling
Employees are required to follow acceptable cash control policies and properly
record the selling, move and/or use of goods, property and properties of the
company.
5. Solicitation
Employees should not deliver leaflets or written documents of some sort, market
goods, collect financial donations, or petition for any other purpose during working
hours in order to preserve a healthy workplace atmosphere and avoid conflict with
employment.

 Procedures
1. It is expected that workers will return to work as assigned and on schedule and are
expected to work their entire assigned shift. Leaving without the consent of a
manager until the end of the shift is unethical. Such an employee must directly inform
his or her manager before departing the premises for an emergency absence within
an employee's shift.
2. Employees, although not clocked in, are not allowed to work. An employee should
not leave the designated job area while on service. Employees should not leave the
shop without clocking out, and the shop should not be left unattended under all
conditions. Without the prior consent of their manager, workers can not clock in or
begin work before their usual start time or finish work after their normal end time.
3. Kayuh.co views the attachment of an employee's wages as a serious matter, and
encourages employees to make necessary dispositions regarding payment to
creditors to minimize the need for company assistance in collection and payment of
such obligations. It is the responsibility of workers to be truthful of their working hours
to avoid any immorality and malpractice within the organization.
4. Maintaining correct and complete accounting records and performance of Kayuh.Co
and perform accurate, complete and logical financial statements and timely
disclosure of details for the Chief Financial Officer.
5. Employees who are not on working time for instance, lunch break or free time, may
not importune employees who are on working time for any cause or distribute
literature that does not associate under the company’s name.

 Rules
Violating this Policy, incurring any of the citations, convictions, breaches or penalties
listed herein and/or failing to notify your employer of any such citations, convictions,
breaches or penalties which, at the discretion of the Organization in Kayuh.Co, result in
reassignment of work and/or punitive measures up to and including termination. The
organization may take into account, among other things, the degree to which driving
constitutes an essential part of the job role of an employee in making its decisions.
Exception to this policy must be made upon approval and confirmation from the CEO,
COO, Human Resources, and the employee’s supervisor

2.2.2 Single-use Plan

 Programmes
We ask ourselves with everything we do what the result would be on people, the climate,
the commodity, and culture. At Kayuh.Co, we prioritise the act of giving and contributing
to the society for the beneficial of the environment and encouraging our employees to
develop high ethical standards in their work performance. Our company decided to do a
one time program called “Jom Kayuh” as a way to refurbish secondhand bicycles for
people in need especially in the remote and rural areas every year. We customize and
allocates specially designed bikes that are rugged enough to handle the rural terrain in
many developing countries. The bikes that were being donated and dropped off from
different individuals really makes “Jom Kayuh” special in its’ own way.

 Projects
After we produce the bicycles that are well-tested by our employees, Kayuh.Co
proceeds to contact charity centre to find any organization that required daily
transporation for an easier movement for school or workplace. The project was to give
school children from Kampung Mansalu, Sabah bicycles for them to accommodate the
muddy roads in the are. Workers in Felda area received the opportunity to alleviate their
business by using bicycle for a better working environment and health workers that
dedicated their work in the East Malaysia during the coronavirus outbreak can use our
bikes to reach any patients at any time.

 Budgets
Kayuh.Co allocated approximately RM50,000 budget for refurbishing the used bicycles
and distributing it to the needy. “Jom Kayuh” program spends RM30,000 alone for
finding the best suppliers and materials to make the best quality bicycles to withstand
the rugged areas. Another RM10,000 is the process of transporting the bicycles to the
rural town. We also received donation of RM10,000 from various parties as a way to
support and contributing to our company’s program.
