this society learn that even though sugar has good effects, its overconsumption of
food with hidden sugars in it should be reduced. Also, the correct scientific method
was used in conducting those tests around the main character and due to this
scientific method; it clearly represents how sugar affects our overall total health.
One of the most interesting things the producers have made in this movie is the
scene wherein the main character shrunk down to a small size human and went to
his body in a rope as if he is going through a voyage in the body as he enters his
big size version of his self, and it showed the effects of sugar in the human mind
Throughout the whole movie, the characters have portrayed their role in creating
awareness that eating a high sugar diet contributes to a negative lifestyle and thus
affecting your overall health. The use of right music, with proper film
cinematography have blended well together and created a perfect documentary
film. The film incorporated facts about sugar that I did not know before by using
statistics, facts and bitter truths about sugar. The conversation of the main
character between the nutritionists and doctors with regards to health effects and
impacts of sugar and how to prevent it if you are currently in it were made easily to
understand by any viewer. This documentary can be applied to science and
technology, wherein it clearly shows facts that we need to know about and how to
maintain a healthy body and a creative mind, knowing that high consumptions of
sugar could lead to mental health problems. Based from what the film has said,
sugar is not evil, but we need to reduce on consumption of it before it takes a toll in
our overall health. I also learned that certain industrial companies manipulate
information so that more people would be able to buy and patronize their products
