Ken,

I don't think that's a sound idea. I am also unsure how Brent being absent would be a proper basis for an extension of
time in this instance. In addition, I don't think it's a good idea given 1) all the prior motions for extension of time you
have already submitted, 2) the outstanding order compelling production be answered, 3) you have documents
responsive to RFP along with drafted answers to requests for production and the proposed answers to Interrogatories, all
we need is Larry to make any amendments to his knowledge, review it for privilege/work product/ etc ... and have him
notarize. 4) I really believe Brent would just want you and me to handle it properly.

I am enclosing a proposed Motion to Voluntarily Dismiss the Defamation cause of action for you.

based upon Brent being out with illness?
