Modification of Program Parameters

The system is controlled by Siemens LOGO. When the program is running, the program parameters
can be set without exiting the running state. The program parameters mainly refer to two parameters:
(1) working time and interval of scraper, and (2) sewage discharge time of ball valve and interval of
sewage discharge time.

(1) The steps of setting the working time and intermittent time of the scraper are set forth as follows:

1. In the running state, press the ESC key to enter the parameter assignment menu, select Set Param /
parameter setting and click OK. The LOGO! display panel will show “M-PW-T” block. Press the
down key. The LOGO display panel will show DJJG-T block. The data TH time displayed on this
block is the scraper working time and TL time is the scraper interval. Press OK to confirm the
selection, then press the left and right keys to move the cursor to the number to be changed, press the
up and down keys to change the number, and click OK to confirm. The initial working time and
interval of the scraper are * minutes and * minutes, respectively, i.e., if the third gear of cleaning
motor on the control box is rotated to the interval position, the motor will drive the scraper to clean *
minutes and stop * minutes and then the process will be repeated.

(2) The sewage discharge time of ball valve and interval of sewage discharge time
1. In the running state, press the ESC key to enter the parameter assignment menu, select Set Param/
parameter setting and click OK. The LOGO! display panel will show M-PW-T block. Press the down
key. The LOGO display panel will show A-PW-T block. The data TH time displayed on this panel is
the ball valve opening time and TL time is the ball valve closing time. Press OK to confirm the
selection, then press the left and right keys to move the cursor to the number to be changed, press the
up and down keys to change the number, and click OK to confirm. The initial value of the ball valve
opening time and the ball valve closing time is * seconds and * minutes, respectively, i.e., if the third
gear switch of the sewage discharge ball valve on the control box is rotated to the automatic gear, the
ball valve will first discharge the sewage for * seconds and close for * minutes and then the process
will be repeated.

Note: M-PW-T block is the ball valve sewage discharge time when the manual gear is used and
YCPW-T is the ball valve sewage discharge time when the pressure difference is greater than or
equal to the set value.
