Warning
Oral route (Tablet)

When pregnancy is detected, discontinue captopril as soon as possible. Drugs

that act directly on the renin-angiotensin system can cause injury and death to
the developing fetus.

Along with its needed effects, captopril may cause some unwanted effects.
Although not all of these side effects may occur, if they do occur they may need
medical attention.

Check with your doctor immediately if any of the following side effects occur
while taking captopril:

 Chest pain

 cloudy urine

 fast, pounding, or irregular heartbeat or pulse

Rare

 Arm, back, or jaw pain

 bloody urine

 chest discomfort

 chest tightness or heaviness

 decreased blood pressure

  decreased or increased frequency or amount of urine

 dilated neck veins

 increased thirst

 irregular breathing

 large, hive-like swelling on the face, eyelids, lips, tongue, throat, hands,
legs, feet, or sex organs

 loss of appetite

 low blood pressure

 lower back or side pain

 nausea

 paleness or cold feeling in the fingertips and toes

 sweating

 swelling of the face, fingers, feet, or lower legs

 tingling or pain in the fingers or toes when exposed to cold temperatures

 troubled breathing

 unusual tiredness or weakness

 vomiting

 weight gain

Propranolol digunakan untuk mengobati tremor, angina (nyeri dada), hipertensi

Contraindications 
History of bronchial asthma, bronchospasm chronic obstructive airways disease, bradycardia,
cardiogenic shock, hypotension, metabolic acidosis, severe peripheral arterial circulatory
disturbances, 2nd or 3rd degree heart block, sick sinus syndrome, untreated pheochromocytoma,
uncontrolled heart failure, Prinzmetal’s angina.
Kontraindikasi
Riwayat asma bronkial, penyakit saluran napas obstruktif kronik bronkospasme, bradikardi, syok
kardiogenik, hipotensi, asidosis metabolik, gangguan peredaran darah arteri perifer berat, blok
jantung derajat 2 atau 3, sindrom sakit sinus, feokromositoma yang tidak diobati, gagal jantung
yang tidak terkontrol, angina Prinzmetal.

Warning
Oral route (Capsule, Extended Release)

Following abrupt cessation of therapy with beta-blockers, exacerbations

of angina pectoris and myocardial infarction have occurred. Warn patients
against interruption or discontinuation of therapy without physician advice.

Along with its needed effects, propranolol may cause some unwanted effects.
Although not all of these side effects may occur, if they do occur they may need
medical attention.

 fast, pounding, slow, or irregular heartbeat

 fever and chills

 general feeling of discomfort, illness, or weakness

 hair loss

 halos around lights

 headaches

 heavier menstrual periods

 loss of heat from the body

 mental depression

 mimicry of speech or movements

 muscle or joint pain

 mutism

 nausea

 night blindness

 noisy breathing

 overbright appearance of lights

 paleness or cold feeling in the fingertips and toes

 paranoia
 peculiar postures or movements, mannerisms, or grimacing

 pinpoint red or purple spots on the skin

 puffiness or swelling of the eyelids or around the eyes, face, lips, or tongue

 quick to react or overreact emotionally

 rapidly changing moods

 rectal bleeding

 red skin lesions, often with a purple center

 red, irritated eyes

 red, swollen skin

 reddening of the skin, especially around the ears

 runny nose

 scaly skin

 seeing, hearing, or feeling things that are not there

 severe sleepiness

 short-term memory loss

 skin irritation or rash, including rash that looks like psoriasis

 skin rash, hives, or itching

 sores, ulcers, or white spots in the mouth or on the lips

 sweating

 swelling of the eyes, face, fingers, feet, or lower legs

 swollen glands

 tender, swollen glands in the neck

 tightness in the chest

 tingling or pain in fingers or toes when exposed to cold

  tunnel vision

 unusual bleeding or bruising

 unusual tiredness or weakness

 voice changes

 vomiting

 weight gain

Salbutamol

Like all medicines, Salbutamol tablets can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Stop taking Salbutamol tablets and contact your doctor at once if you experience

• an allergic reaction such as swelling of the face, lips, throat or tongue, pale or red irregular raised patches with severe itching (hives), difficulty breathing, low
blood pressure, collapse

• chest, jaw or shoulder pain (which may be accompanied with shortness of breath, feeling or being sick)

• increased lactic acid in the body: rapid breathing, being sick, stomach pain. • low blood potassium: muscle twitching or weakness, an irregular heart beat. • other:
headaches, increased blood sugar levels, slight shaking (usually of the

hands), a tense feeling, widening of blood vessels which can cause an increase in heart function and heart rate, an irregular heart beat, muscle
spasm, fluid on the lungs. An increase in the amount of acid in the body (ketoacidosis) may occur in diabetics.
