2-1 PAT-DXF-IN: A bug has been fixed on internal cut processing.

2-2 VAR-RCS-OUT: A bug has been fixed on notch insertion at specific boundary location.

2-3 PAT-DXF-OUT & VAR-DXF-OUT & VAR-RCS-OUT:

A bug has been fixed for the decoding of empty conformation family. The symptoms were
that text user was decoded in a random way.
