Nurse Ani : Because my main nursing diagnoses of her are about her fever and fluid

More information about cause of fever so Mrs.Yeni can know more about the
fever, give the compress, set the Room temperature so it’ll more comfort to
Mrs.Yeni, give the electrolyte Fluid so Mrs.Yeni won’t get the dehydration
because the fever, and collaboration with doctor to give the piretic
medicines. The Medicines will accelerate the process of the fever to get
lower, and check the vital signs of her to monitor and control the common
condition of her. And about The fluid imbalance, my goals for 2 days of caring
are the vital signs on the Normal rates, mucus area in the moist condition,
there’s no dehydration Signs, there’re no nausea and vomiting happen. The
intervention are give more information about the imbalance fluid that
happern to her, suggest to drink a lot of water per day, it’ll help the condition
of her so the dehydration wont happen, monitor intake and output of fluid so
we will know about the fluid balance of her, give the parenteral fluid as the
indication to cover up the imbalance needed of Mrs.Yeni.
Nurse Okta : Okay how about your implementation?
Nurse Ani : So far, I’ve did check the vital signs, given the parenteral fluid and the
Electrolyte fluid, given the compress, and the medicines too in this morning.
And I’ll contionue all of my intervention today to Mrs. Yeni, and hope she will
