Dear Madame,

We hereby inform you that the Managing Authority for the Joint Operational Programme
Romania-Republic of Moldova 2014-2020 has issued the Instruction for project beneficiaries no.
2/02.10.2020 laying down specific provisions for beneficiaries regarding the expenditure verification of a
grant contract funded under the ENI CBC Joint Operational Programme Romania – Republic of Moldova
2014-2020.
The instruction and the annexes are attached.
Please be informed that the Managing Authority indicated in the address no. 137456/13.10.2020
that the conclusion of contracts with the auditors (in case of the beneficiaries from the Republic of
Moldova) shall be done exclusively after the publication of the final list (of auditors) on the
website of the Control Contact Point from Republic of Moldova and the website of the Managing
Authority.
Please inform all project beneficiaries about the issuance of this Instruction.
