BACKGROUND
Kimson Commercial was business entity owned by Ms. Bernadeth O. Tiu. Located at R.
T. Calo Street, Butuan City, Agusan del Norte. Kimson Commercial is one of the popular place
listed under office supplies in Butuan City.
MISSION
The Kimson Commercial offers quality wise school supplies. It aims for continuous
development by focusing of the needs of the customers and employ these directly to the business.
To discover, develop and deliver innovative products, programs and services that help our
customers create a better and more prepared tomorrow. It grows continuously by capturing
satisfaction and delight among customers.

The Kimson Commercial aims to be recognized as an exceptionally excellent school
supplier in Butuan City by way of giving innovative products and performance at an outstanding
level providing customers with high quality products and services.

STRATEGIES
The business does not recognize that some of the strategies they are practicing in their
organization is already a strategy that would be able to help them have a competitive advantage
since Kimson Commercial does not focus on the walk in customers, they are more focus on
supplying the government agencies and offices as well as other private offices. Listed below are
some of the current strategies they are practicing:
Delivering orders depending on the Purchase Orders (P.O) of the customers to avoid
surplus of the products.
Give discounts to the whole sellers (walk in customers)
Avoid constant changing of employees
Well trained employees
Maintain good relationship between customers and the organization
Maintain good relationship between employer and employees
Ensure that every walk in customers are catered immediately
The prices of the products are not high too much to win the biddings
Way before Kimson Commercial did not recognized that what they are applying or
practiced in their business is already a strategies. What they have done before is the same as what
they are doing right now. Thus, we helped the entity to realize those strategies above to be
realized, develop, and make it stronger even more.
