Restaurants

Healthy eating is essential for the body. The more healthy you eat, the more energy you
have and you will feel great at the end of the day. I consider myself to be a healthy eater, at
least I’m eat more healthy than unhealthy, because I try to consume as many vegetables and
fruits as I can, during the whole week. I don’t follow a sensible diet, but I enjoy trying out
new food and not to worry about my weight a lot.

We rarely eat out. I visit fast food restaurants only once ore twice a month. I used to do it
more often, but I am not that person anymore. It can be dangerous, obesity is one of the
leading global problems. Some parents think fast food restaurants are good for their kids,
because as the name says, the food is ready in no time. They don’t have to cook at home,
they have more freetime after a hard-working day.

Ordinary restaurants are visited by less people. I think the consumers usually go to ordinary
restaurants, when they are in a foreign city or when there is a special event, like a date,
birthday or wedding ceremony. There are loads of good restaurants in my town, we can
choose between them when it is needed. There are some of them, I have never visited
though. Maybe one day.

Apart from these, I prefer home-made food.
