programs.

1. DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS

• Your company description is one of the most important parts of your business plan. In this section, you
should enter the name of your company and the type of business you intend to run, such as housing,
commercial construction, and custom home builders.

• The names and contact details of all business owners should be listed, as well as brief descriptions of the
domain with each owner. In short, a business description should give an overview of all the details of the
room pertaining to your construction company.

2. DESCRIPTION OF PROVISIONS PROVIDED

• Next, enter a detailed description of all services provided by your company. When listing your services,
make sure you have enough information and variations within each service to maintain demand.

• Along with the description of the service, enter the price you intend to charge per service. Price lists make it
easier for you to collect revenue and plan for business expenses.

3. ANALYSIS OF MARKET
• Another important aspect of a company’s business plan is to build a market analysis phase. In this section,
enter details about your potential customers and how construction services work in your target market. You
should also include details of how you intend to attract customers.

• Using information about your target market, write marketing and marketing strategies that you intend to
use and how your company will stand out in the competition. You can also include the cost and expected
performance of each advertising strategy you plan to use. Market analysis is important because it allows you
to decide if your business model is moving forward.

4. Providers and costs

• As a construction company, you will need suppliers and vendors who bring materials for your projects. In a
business plan, include a section that covers how you will find suppliers. Will this be done by bidding or by
direct purchase? How will relationships be maintained with providers over time?

• Also, list your purchases from your suppliers and how they will be charged for all deliveries.

5. INFORMATION DETAILS

• Competitive information is another important category that should be included in a building business plan.
You must identify at least three of your main competitors, the services they provide, and some of the
challenges your business will face as a result of this competition.

• Competitive analysis provides useful information on how your company can improve on its mistakes over
time. It also shows the growth that your company can do as you strive to overcome competition.

6. DESCRIPTION OF HOW AGREEMENTS WILL BE MADE

• If customers show interest in your construction company, how will they start the transaction process?
Explain how to prepare contracts with customers, how to negotiate prices, and how to pay.

• This section should refer customers and other stakeholders through the procurement process and how
services will be delivered to customers.

7. FINANCIAL INFORMATION

• Your business plan should include important financial details. Prepare a section that calculates all company
assets, liabilities, cash flows and revenue estimates.

• You can choose to include a balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and other relevant
documents that illuminate the financial life of your construction company.

8. PROGRAMS AND PROGRAMS

• All successful businesses clearly define systems and procedures, which allow them to operate efficiently and
effectively. Technology is increasingly focused on the design and maintenance of these systems.

• For any construction company operating in the 21st century, using technology can be the key to success. For
example, construction measurement software makes it easier and more efficient to plan inventory costs,
service delivery methods and project duration. Instead of making erroneous assumptions about client
projects, this software creates accurate models that are supported by real-time data.
