Dear Mr. Yangco:

This is in reference to the loan I lend to you last March 6, 2014 which you
used as a placement and other expenses for your overseas employment in
New Zealand.

Please be informed that as of year 2015 your unpaid loan with accrued
interest have amounted to a total of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXY EIGHT PESOS (P179,568.00)
representing the payment of such loan I lend to you.

However, despite repeated verbal and written demands, you still failed to
settle your unpaid loan with accrued interest without justifiable cause.

Therefore, take this as my FORMAL DEMAND for the payment of the

aggregate sum amounting to ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT PESOS (P179,568.00) within
ten (10) days from the receipt of this letter. Otherwise, I will be constrained
to file necessary cases against you.
