present time and also have to prioritise key areas:, perform risk health checks for those
involved in supply chain ecosystem partners, such as supplier and “LSP” Logistics service
provider, below I have made a chart which shows that what are the essential steps that can
prevent firms from upcoming pandemics

The impacts of GST on logistics
 Bulk-breaking and cross docking are the practices that will be easily employed on the
business. “Zero mile area” Nagpur (India) is now “nation ware house and witnessed
significant investment by large retailers as well as companies (warehouse)
 GST lead to increase the plant, labor and storage taxes from 15% to 18%. Now there
will be more profit for 3rd party logistics companies to drive towards high degree of
value added delivery & where input tax credit can be imposed, this will also lead
towards the newer changes in the industry.
 By using e-way bill, simple entry by states will decrease the delays (transportation),
At the entry point it will definitely require some IT procedure and some ready to use
paperwork
 Reinvention of supply-chain and centralize hub operations in order to benefit from the
economies of scale will be the new normal among the companies

appropriate vendor, suppliers and service provider for their clients or they may
negotiate deals on behalf of their client with the prospective suppliers and logistics
providers.
