Agilent PLRP-S 100Å

Description

Agilent PLRP-S is a rigid macroporous styrene/divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) HPLC phase with outstanding chemical and physical stability. PLRP-S
HPLC media are inherently hydrophobic and reproducibile and do not require a bonded alkyl chain such as C8 or C18 to confer hydrophobicity.

• 3 µm, 5 µm, 8 µm particles

• 100Å, 300Å, 1000Å and 4000Å pore sizes
• Lengths: 50 mm, 150 mm, 250 mm
• IDs: 2.1 mm, 4.6 mm.
• Also available in 50 µm media.

Method Development Notes:

50 µm media separates due to differences in hydrophobicity and is ideal for separation of trityl-on from trityl-off oligos. It is also used for
ion-pair reversed-phase separations of deprotected oligos. PLRP-S is also available in 3 µm - 50 µm particle sizes for ion-pair chromatography
of trityl-off deprotected oligos; Use with 1 - 100% methanol or acetonitrile.
