AKNOWLEDGMENT OF INHERITANCE

AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS WITH CONSENT TO CONSTRUCT


A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, EUFdsfsdfsdfsdfBsdfsdfAL, married; dfsdfsdfsfs, married;


sdfsdfsdf, married; and sdfsdfsdf, married; all of legal ages,
Filipinos and who are residents of Masdfsdfsdfna, Belison,
Antique except for sdfsdfdsfsdf who is a resident of Magsaysay,
Patnongon, Antique, are the heirs of the late Spouses Placido and
dfsdfsdfsdf who died intestate on January 7, 1956 and June 15,
1995, respectively at Borocdfsdfsdf and Masddfsdfsda,
fsdfsdfsdfsdf. They are the co-owners of Lot No. 2dfsdfsdf with
an equal share of one-fourth (1/4) each from the intestate estate
of the above-named decedents. The entire Lot No. 29sdfsdfsd1,
containing an area of One Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Four
(1,734) Square Meters, more or less, situated at sdfsdfdfsdfsdf,
covered by Original Certificate of Title No. P-17455, hereunder
described, to wit:

A parcel of land, Lot No. 2dfsdfsdf, Case 3,


Caddfsdfsdf-D, situated at dsfsdfdfsdfsdf. Bounded on
the S., along line dfsdfsdfsdf; on the W., along
dfsdfdsf, by National Road; on the N.,E., along line
sdfsdfd-1, by dfsdfsdf All lots above stated are within
Cad-417-D, containing an area of One Thousand Seven
Hundred Thirty Four (fsdfdsfsdfsdf) Square Meters, more
or less.”

one-fourth (1/4) portion of the aforedescribed lot containing an
undivided area of Four Hundred Thirty Three Square Meters and
Five Decimeters (433.5) in favor of asdasdasd, of legal age,
Filipino, married to ssdasdasdasdasd and a resident of
asdasdasdsad, Antique, who is likewise willing to accept the
same.

WE, sdasdasdasd O. asdasdasdasd, is willing to give our


consent to Roman O. Vargas to construct a residential house on
the undivided one-fourth (1/4) portion of dasdasdasd which
pertains to the share of dasdasdasdsd.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of all the


foregoing, I, dasdsad, hereby WAIVE, RENOUNCE, RELINGUISH,
TRANSFER AND CONVEY, freely and voluntarily, all my rights, title
and interest over the undivided one-fourth (1/4) portion of Lot
No.asdasdasdasd, asdasdasdsdasdasdasd Square Meters and Five
Decasdasdasers (433.5) in favor of sadasdasdasd, married to
dasdasd, unto his heirs, successors and assigns, free from all
liens and encumbrances, and he hereby accepts the same, freely
and voluntarily.

WE, sdasdasdasdasdasdasd sdasdasdasd hereby give our consent


to sdasdasdasd to construct a residential house on the undivided
one-fourth (1/4) portion of Lot No. 2961 which pertains to the
share of dasdasdasd.
