SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, TSG. BOB CARCASONA CAMPOS PA (Ret.), of legal age, Filipino and a

resident of Baybay, Kolambugan, Lanao del Norte, do hereby name, constitute and
appoint SSG. RICO TENORIO TUMALA, also of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of
Rebucon, Kolambugan, Lanao del Norte to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for
me and in my name, place and stead, and to do the following acts:

1) To transact, process and submit any and all documents in my behalf with
regards to claiming my Retired Military ID and Dependent ID and other
necessary documents;

2) To sign, execute, receive and deliver any and all necessary documents
relative to the aforesaid claim of documents;

3) To pay for and in my behalf any and all amounts due relative to the
aforesaid claim of documents;

4) To sign and acknowledge receipt of any and all money claims pertaining to
the aforesaid document claims;

5) To do any and all other acts necessary to enforce the aforementioned powers
so given.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said attorney- in-fact full powers and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry and to
effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
lawfully do if personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorneys or her substitute shall
lawfully or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
