Types of houses

There are lots of types of houses. We can find detached or

semi-detached houses and apartments and terraced houses
and mansions and palaces too in Hungary, but we can’t find
skyscrapers. Most of the people live in block of flats in the
cities and who live in a spacious place usually own a house.
I belong to the second group. I live on the confines of Miskolc
in a family house. Me and my family moved here 4 years ago.
I live here with my mother, my father, my brother and with
my grandmother. It’s a regular sized, two-storey building. It
has 2 bathrooms, a living room and 3 bedrooms. We have a
little garden at the back of the house and we always plant
vegetables there. Our yard is quite big, and this is the place
for the cars. There is a little balcony too, on the first floor and
it has a great view to the Castle of Diósgyőr and to the
beautiful green forest. My room and my parent’s bedroom
and my brother’s bedroom are on the first floor. My room is
small, but I have everything I need in this room.
If I have to choose where I want to live in the future, I will
definitely say in England or in the U.S.A. in a mansion or on
the edge of a town, in a family house.
