It’s the weekend and it’s time
to relax… but not for you. The
Workaholic is always busy:

out with friends on the weekend,
you’re thinking about your
homework or your next exam.

THE PARTY ANIMAL

For you, the weekend is all
about fun—and lots of it. Your
night starts at 9:00 or 10:00.

You go dancing or to a party

with friends. Later, you go
home and sleep all day. Then
you wake up in the afternoon
and do it all again!

THE HEALTH NUT

For you, the weekend isn’t a time to relax; you want to go
out and do things! You usually wake up early (yes, even on
the weekend) and go for a walk, a run, or a bike ride. All
week, you’re inside at school or work. On the weekend, it’s
time to go outside and be active!
